Pandora jewellery is overpriced for the quality. You would think that it would have a lifetime warranty but it does not. I do like my Pandora jewellery so when my favourite necklace broke (the clasp fell apart) I took it back to see if they could repair it. Did you know they don’t repair their own jewelry? I would’ve paid a small fee, after all it was just a lobster claw needing replaced. They said if I had bought it within the last year they could replace it but any time after that was too late. So I went across the mall to a jewellery repair service and they told me it would be $35 to repair. I thought oh dear it’s just a little clasp!Recently I sent back my Brighton bracelet to the USA Brighton company because it had broke and they sent me a brand new one. In comparison, these two jewellery companies are similar except I cannot purchase Brighton jewellery in Canada. If I could, I would definitely support a company that supported their customers. I am simply blown away that Pandora doesn’t have any kind of service for their jewelry. I’m never buying from them again.

I had absolutely amazing Customer service in this store. The girls were great with a exchange. Very helpful and kind. It's tough out there right now. Kindness costs nothing thanks girls. You made my day

Horrible customer service, and very rude staff! I was there with my mother yesterday (September 12th ) and the nasty girl they had working there was so rude to us that we decided to leave and take our business else where

Terrible! Bad customer service, bad shipping, not able to extend returns!Customer service is shocking!I ordered a pair of earrings when Pandora had a 20% discount code. When the earrings arrived they were faulty. I returned them online as stores are currently closed and requested a replacement. Pandora ignored my request and want me to pay full price for a pair of non-faulty earrings.I complained so they offered me a 10% discount, again I declined and was offered 15% discount. Customers shouldn’t be penalised for the fact that stores are closed due to COVID. Pandora shouldn’t be sending out faulty products. Customer service agent actually used the phrase “not my problem”.I’m not asking for much, just to be able to reorder the earrings at the price ! I paid at point of sale.....nothing more.Very poor service!
