My husband and I went into People’s looking to choose my engagement ring. We were the only people in the store and were ignored. We were not asked once if we needed help or if there was something that brought us in. We immediately went across and purchased my ring elsewhere.

I have bought (too much) jewelry and have shopped at several different (local) jewelry stores, and the service I get at People's Jewelers from Lori and her team is second to none.Whether it is a simple watch battery or two or 8, they always get my watches ticking with a smile.When you buy a diamond, the staff goes above and beyond to educate you on the options and ensure I am getting the best price.People's Jewelers is my 'go-to' for all my bling needs.

Terrible place to shop jewelry is cheap and breaks every other week and takes months to get back, staff are rude and don’t even know how to do their job

Very disappointed, bought an engagement ring there and was only wore for a month and the rose gold plating wore off. Brought it back and the store told us that the plating doesn't last long. I have had $20 rings that the plating lasted for 2 years. Very cheap products and will not be returning. Fiance is very disappointed
