“The self dog wash stations are well kept, very affordable and my husky that does not like water, somehow loves it! I would recommend to anybody with any size of dog. Great customer service as well. The staff is happily helpful.”
“It's a pretty great store. Customer appreciation day was awesome. I'm just shocked when the little girl asked about the price of a cat they said $350 I was like wow, how can that be? That's ridiculous because you can get a cat for free all over town and get it fixed for under $100. So, I'm appalled by this pricing.
But the store otherwise is awesome! I think they shouldn't sell overpriced cats though.”
“Really good environment, friendly staff. Never really had a bad experience at this pet store. My only negatives with this store is that it seems a little bit over priced compared to the rest of the other pet stores and sometimes they do run out of products that they shouldn’t be. But overall it’s in a good location. Seems to be about ten dollars higher then the other stores.”

“I wish they had more animals like they use to . Just because they are the only pet store around who acctually sells pets . Also It would be nice if they would up date the small critter inclosers. They look well used after 20-+ yrs . Also if they had a pee clean up station with wipes or paper towels and cleaner and trash can to clean up our own dogs mess would be nice to . I wanted to clean the pee immediatly and hat to go ask the lady at the til for something to wipe it up and she gave me a peice of paper towel that was not near enough then i asked another lady for a mop and she told me it was fine they would clean it but they must have got busy because the hour I was there the giant puddle wasn't cleaned up . I would have gladly cleaned up my own dogs mess. But besides that they were great ! They even called to check up on how our new pet was adjusting the next evening .”

“They truly do put pets first, but are empathetic to their families too. With heavy snowfall and bad roads, almost missed Santa photos, but they stayed later to accommodate for our little one.”
“When I found Corny/Duke on the way they came as fast as possible. Not only did they keep excellent care of him. They also kept me updated as I expressed interest in adopting him if he was unclaimed.
The adoption process was excellent and fees were reasonable
The staff were amazing. A huge shout out to Jenn and staff for loving my boy before we could bring him home. They got him the medical attention he desperately needed and cuddles him and loved him up. They taught us about his med and gave tips on his adjustment. Even after we brought him home they still care about him.
I couldn’t ever say enough positive things about these guys and the service they provide. The world needs more caring people like those who care for animals.”
