“We got there right when this location was closing but it looked like a great place to shop for your current pets or if you are planning to adopt. Staff member was friendly. Clean location and very large. Its easy to find and there is lots of parking. Always good to adopt a pet.”

“Cody is very polite, kind, and respectful with the clients. I bought several fish—couple of days after, one died, and he promptly provided a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement died as well on the following day, and he arranged for another replacement. I was worried that there might be something wrong in my tank, but Cody checked the water and told me that nothing is wrong with my tank. He was very patient and took the time to explain possible underlying factors for why one fish didn’t survive from the eight I purchased without making me feel ashamed. He was smiling throughout, which made me feel that he is a genuinely nice person. In a nutshell, Cody is an awesome staff member who really puts his heart into his work. He truly deserves a raise. 😇”

“The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff are always very helpful. You might have to look for them but it's not their fault, it's these companies that own them. Owners are more converted with the almighty dollar and don't really care about the customers service or making staff cover twice the area with less staff to save on having to pay for exceellant service. It's not that they don't try to be excellent All The Time, but when's there's one of you to do 4 to 5 areas from stocking, refilling, cleaning and sometimes changing your whole area in 2 days if they're lucky.
Anyways, please be a bit patient, they can only stretch themselves so far.”

“I feel like Canadians don't realize that they have one of the best reptile breeders in the world living in their country. Quality service and animals. The care put into all of the animals really shows and the staff generally love hearing updates about the animals that left their shop. If you have a passion for reptiles then go to these guys. I have local stores iny area that has reptiles, gear, and the convenience of being close will never stop me from driving two hours to go to the reptile shop. It is worth every minute and long drive to go there. It's not just a store, it's an actual experience.”
