I'm from Rocky, and we don't have a car wash here. I had purchased a car in Edmonton, and my salesman gave me a carwash ticket for Petro Can. Since we don't have one I stopped at this location to see if I could use it there. The clerk wasn't sure, so got the owner out to talk to me. He scanned it and said no problem and that there was no expiry on it either. I couldn't use it then, as the car wash was shut down for maintenance. Both the employee and owner were extremely nice and helpful! They even gave me a free cup of tea, which I appreciated.

If you say open 24 hours, a customer should be able to shop INSIDE at any time. EVEN BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
What’s worse is that they know who I am and where I work, and I still can’t come inside at 11pm!?!

Really rude Man on till said “It was a little late for Halloween” to my winter coat when I was simply paying for gas.
I was very confused.
Please do not allow your employees to comment and harass your customers based on their clothing choices.

Not actually open 24hours, you can NOT get gas here at night.

Their bathrooms are for customers only, which isn't that unreasonable, except it doesn't say that on the sign on the bathroom. So we stood there for several minutes thinking someone was in the bathroom until we went up to ask at the front. If their policy is at the bathrooms are for customers only, then they need to put that on the sign. And maybe have two working bathrooms, that would be helpful!

The lady at 5 AM is amazing. Always friendly, always accommodating, always busy doing things. Even at 5 AM she has energy to boot. Simply incredible. I never have an issue. Even if some small thing is wrong, it's like fixed before I can even speak.

These reviews that are older should be removed. The guy in glasses was less than respectful. He is gone. The staff there now is much better. Price is usually comparable to elsewhere in town. Easily accessible off Gaetz south bound. Girl on nights is the bestest.
