Picture is coming soon. I am not excited. The photograph of my daughter last year grade 1 is terrible. Send me the whole paper of the photo uncut. I am not going to purchase again.

Ridiculous customer service and they hire inexperienced people to work at schools. They have still not returned my phone call from a month ago. 100% do not recommend these guys for anything. Completely overpriced and take for granted that schools just use them because there's no one else to choose from.

The grad pictures were terrible! The main proof was taken mid sentence. My daughter is so sad that that will be the one goes into her yearbook. Frustrating that a link was sent to give feedback, but our school was not listed. The only option for retakes is $40. Brutal!!!
