When my printer started printing everything pink, the big box store where I bought it offered no help, told me that it likely needed replacement and to call a repair shop if I wanted a second opinion. That’s when I was fortunate enough to get connected to Tammy, who patiently troubleshooted over the phone offering step by step things to try, and even sending me a YouTube video with suggested fixes before throwing in the towel and deeming it unfixable. Who does that nowadays? Who goes the extra mile when they stand to gain nothing? Not the big box stores…
