Parcels alway late being delivered in Rocky Mountain House most times it goes back to Red Deer for next day delivery as the person doing it now can never finish and I am at the end of the route

Do not use Purolator if possible!
After agreeing on a pick up location in red deer due to my PO Box not being enough(works with Canada post every time), they decided to send my package to a completely different province…
Terrible communication, pretty sure these people do this out of spite to their customers, in no way shape or form had I asked for the package to go to BC…

So, twice in one week and two separate packages were not delivered or even attempted to be delivered because they couldn't find my house in my very small town that couldn't be easier. I thought after they messed up the first time and I gave them GPS directions that it wouldn't be an issue again but now I have to arrange to drive 40 minutes to pick it up at the depot. What is even the point??

My recent experience with Purolator was disappointing!!!! Despite tracking my package all day, it was marked as delivered with a photo that didn't match my door. Frustrating and inconvenient!!!!

I was in the red deer location and was very confused on how to do what I needed to do, Barb helped me out and I am so grateful she was there! She was so friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was an actual person. I will definitely use purolator again because she was amazing to deal with!!
