Thank you to Rowan for all the support and patience in my recent purchase of a vehicle. The last time I bought a vehicle was 15 years ago, so I found the process a little more than challenging! I was checking out other dealerships, looking for just the right one. Rowan kept current on follow ups, checking in with me, asking more detailed questions as to what would suit me. Everyone working there seems very polite and professional however I’ve been trying to get photos of a vehicle since last Thursday. I finally stopped texting the salesmen when I realized I wasn’t getting them, our file wasn’t easy to work with but ghosting someone isn’t the way to go about it.
