Horrible customer service and communication. The client assist line never answers the phone and they do not return phone calls if you leave a voicemail.I attempted to cancel my renewal due to an absurd price increase. I was told they would provide other quote options but did not send any further quotes. After repeated follow up emails, I received a cancelation letter but no additional quotes.I moved forward with cancelation and found alternate options for half of the proposed renewal cost.

The only person who seems to follow though is Larry. He is wonderful. Otherwise the company is like a black hole. No one answers the phone. If you leave a message, no one returns your call. My car insurance was due so I called the office. After many attempts someone finally answered the phone. I gave my policy number which was verified then gave my credit card number to pay the insurance. The person never processed the invoice. Several weeks later I received a call stating that I had not paid my insurance. When my insurance comes due next year, I will be finding a new agent.

Randy Nordstrom has been excellent since I have been dealing with him for several years now. Fast and excellent service and advice.. fair rates.. I agree in other reviews that some agents aren't as reliable as I have had similar experiences and frustration. I try and only deal with Randy now ..

If you are looking for agents who are always gone, slow to get back to you and you want to pay a ton for insurance then give them a call at rogers insurance!They don't seem to want to help you and make the process as hard as it can be.Lisa was particularly unhelpful and rude.I have been a customer for a few years and am taking my business elsewhere.

Have been with Rogers for several years, recently received my policy renewal in the mail with the new rates being unexpectedly high.Emailed on June 23 to ask what the reason is for the absurd increase (+30% with no accident history or tickets), did not hear back until June 29. Was told they would look at alternative markets after July 4th for me, I figured ok whatever, it's the holiday weekend, I can wait a few days. It's now July 14th, still have not received a new quote or communication of any kind.Got quotes through other brokers same day and set up a new plan, not sure why this takes so long for Rogers to figure out, especially for a long term customer.Will be canceling tomorrow and advise anyone thinking of going here to take their business elsewhere.

What a waste of time and energy to try to make a change to my insurance. After waiting for 2 weeks for this to be changed I emailed multiple times and called and no even a call or email back. I have since spoken to another broker and canceled my insurance. Absurdly unprofessional.

Took hours of my life on hold to get a copy of my pink slip emailed to me, (tried downloading the app but that took 3 days to get the confirmation email) finally got through to a person and got plenty of attitude. Was frustrated enough that I got quotes with other brokers, after 10 years with Rogers I got a better offer from someone else over the phone…. Just waiting on my renewal date and we can go our separate ways.

We have been having Larry Martin as our advisor for several years. He is always polite and quick to respond with all my questions and is always looking out to make sure we have the best policy to fit our needs. He is on top of everything and I do not have to worry as he is accurate with all documentation. We appreciate all his hard work and dedication to the industry. The customer service I received from Lisa was outstanding. She was very friendly and answered all my questions in a professional and caring manner. I was impressed with her insurance knowledge and ability to explain things in a clear and concise way. She was patient, positive, and listened carefully to my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

I cancelled my insurance with them. I added my vehicle to my other insurance. They said I never signed the e-signature soon enough and now are charging me $29 for 1 day of insurance. I need to find someone higher up in the company to resolve this

I have been a customer with Rogers for many years. In Sept I asked April to add insurance to a vehicle I had just purchased. Shortly after I received my invoice indicating the amount owing which was double what I was quoted by April. I asked her to cancel insurance on the new vehicle as I was going to go else where. She emailed a cacellation form which I sign and sent back to her. We talked about my 2 other vehicles on the policy and we were going to review them when they came due in Dec. I emailed April 2 days ago asking for the renewal and I was informed I no longer have my auto insurance. Here I have been driving without insurance for the last 2 months. I have since called to speak with a manager the last 2 days and have not received a call back. Very dissapointing, I would not recommend Rogers Insurace to any.
