Went to withdrawl cash, they asked what it was for, I said a purchase and they wanted more info of what I was purchasing, which is none of their business. Lady was extremely rude and giving us dirty looks. We told them it was for something else, because again, it’s none of their business what it’s for. Definitely finding another bank to deal with!

The teller was amazing. Quick, organized and very helpful. The coworker in the oilers jersey talking about plans for the upcoming company party, completely unprofessional. Could barely hear the teller as the Oilers lady talked so loud and drowned everyone else out in the building.

Kelly was absolutely amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to help with my banking needs. She even contacted me after hours to sign paper work that was missed and met with me at the north end!. Highly recommend this branch and Kelly.

The financial advisor Davin Simao neither have customer service skill nor he cares about customer time. I gave up and went with CIBC who are more responsible and values the customer.I approached this branch for Mortgage pre approval, He doesn’t have appointments available which is understandable, so I managed to get one on my lunch break we talked about all and later I had questions on check list been 3months no response to my multiple phone calls and voice mails.Glad I didn’t have to wait and deal with arrogant people at CIBC.

I think it is awful that you can not call your home branch and actually talk to someone without booking an appt or being transferred to a main scotialine within Canada. So frustrating!

I almost never give out negative reviews but this branch is absolutely horrible. Wouldn't verifily a certified cheque when I've never had issues anywhere else. Now my family is out of a vehicle for 5 days as we can't pay for the down deposit on our new one. I will 100% be closing my account. Avoid them at all possible
