I was excited to visit the store to buy this perfume but it turns out a worst experience.
A girl assisted us said oh the tester is empty,i said i am thingking to compare the scent with the miss dior perfume before i decide what to get then my husband said maybe they can open a new one since the perfume is kinda fancy better to have a tester,she left & suddenly a guy came(lgbtq) & his gesture is rude saying you can ask nicely if you wanted a tester you dont need to swear,I was shocked cuz we didnt swear at all.
I wanted to talked to the girl to clarify things however they said the manager is busy...
I felt bad cuz she felt bad for no reason...our conscience is clear. If your attitude is like that means you are not capable of doing that kind of job.
FYI
We went to any store to get stuff not to bother anyone.maybe u guys think we cant afford to buy thats why you treat us like that!

My best friend and I came into Sephora so she could pickup a few products for her upcoming wedding day. We were setup with Johnathan to help us out and they were an absolute dream to work with! Genuinely listened to what my friend wanted and found amazing products for her big day! Thanks so much for the best experience Johnathan!

Aurora billed my wife out last night and was very rude to her, almost to the point where i told her not to buy the product and we will go elsewhere. Alesha on the floor was amazing tho!

The entire time I roamed the store I was followed and watched by multiple workers even though I held my products high up by my shoulder in hopes they’d leave me alone and realize I am not a thief 🙄 really makes me rather order online it was insulting.

i was just browsing and picked out a mini product that i was going to buy. the staff lady took it from me and said she would keep it at the front for me in a very demeaning tone- it felt like she thought i was going to steal it? it was a very uncomfortable experience and i will not be returning.

Just visited Sephora in Red Deer , and had the most amazing experience. The staff member Jon / Jonathan helped my sister and I find her wedding makeup, and they took us to each product line we had questions about, explained everything so simply and clearly, and had the best product knowledge I've ever seen from a cosmetic staff member anywhere. My sister and I both worked in the industry for years and we're blown away by Jon. They are the best and we'll be back for any help we need in the future

The supervisor today (10-05-2024/ 7:30pm) spoke badly to me. At first I asked this person to help me find a lipstick and she didn't answer me then she left. Then I saw him helping another customer find products. Afterwards I asked her why she refuses to help customers but she helps others, then she started to speak impolitely saying that she doesn't understand why I'm angry, when I was just frustrated with the way he treats customers unfairly. Then she said to me stop me talking otherwise I will ask you to leave the store.I didn't buy anything in the end, I just asked for a refund for what I bought before and left. And this is the last time I visit this store.

The staff at Sephora is always so helpful and kind. I’ve been shopping there for years and always leave feeling great about myself! They can take a bad day and make it a good one. Kudos to all of you.I’m not sure why a person would leave a two star review for children being in the store when the staff literally has zero control over who enters the store and who doesn’t. Reviews are to review the customer service, cleanliness, etc of the actual business not to complain about people’s parenting methods….that should be taken up with the parents.
