I have gone to this Sephora location for a while. The staff has always been helpful. I need to give a special thanks to Brooklyne who was so very helpful & attentive on Black Friday. The store was crazy busy, yet she kept her focus on me and even added recommended products that were sold out to my Insider Profile. This way I could remember what we looked at & make my next visit even smoother. Your excellent customer service was appreciated.

A few weeks ago I bought 2 Maison Margiela fragrances and I didn’t end up liking them. I went back to the store on Wednesday November 15 to return them and I got my refund. However I was still in the mall and got escorted by security back to the Sephora saying I switched out the liquid in the bottles. The lady who worked there was rude and disrespectful. She was saying I switched the liquid and she came out the back of the store with the cap bottles of cologne opened. I didn’t switch anything and she got me banned from the mall for 2 years. Do yall always check if the liquid is the same cause if not, this is straight RACIAL PROFILING. Get that lady checked out. She shouldn’t be working for your company.

first time shopping in sephora specifically in red deer n i had the bestest customer service w one of the staffs yesterday (aurora!). she was tremendously helpful n very knowledgeable in terms of what products to suggest. she was able to give me multiple options regarding my concerns. she was also v bright n positive even despite near closing hours! huge kudos to them!one complaint tho: some prices in the shelf r quite different from the actual price itself. one hair oil i bought from the mini section retailed for $20 but when i went up the counter to pay it was $24? so js beware of that! but nonetheless, it was a nice experience!

Just finished at sephora with my mom and wanted to say how grateful I am for the experiences we had with Arora and Evan! Evan was so helpful when it came to helping my mom, answering her questions, as well as giving FANTASTIC product knowledge was super appreciated in final decision making. Arora was just as helpful, she made it feel like I was shopping with a bestie! She genuinely was interested and CARED about what my needs were when it came to how my skin works. Overall, both employees were beyond friendly and made us confident in our purchases! Thanks so much for all your help today!!!

If the shelf price is different than the actual item they won’t honor it. The management passes the buck they can’t override to match shelf price and it’s up to customer service at head office, even after admitting that they did in fact make a pricing error on the shelf. When we called to ask Sephora head office they passed the buck saying it was stores final call. We emailed to complain and that got know where also. But thanks for the survey asking if I was satisfied my issue was resolved, which it still isn’t. No one stepped up to apologize for this stores poor customer service. Seems like a recurring theme at this location. I’ll be sure to let everyone know also and to spend money elsewhere. All for a $7 difference too.

I was asked by about 5 girls in a row if I needed help, it got to be very annoying. I also had the icky feeling of being watched like a hawk as if I was going to steal. The store seemed to be way over staffed, there were more staff then customers and they were circling us all- this made for a highly uncomfortable shopping experience. Prices are outrageous. I will stick to my online shopping as this was not enjoyable in the least.

Girl named Nevaeh at the cash register didn't tell me about return policy and my points were lost. She called the manager who was completely unhelpful. To my question why she didn't tell me anything about losing my points she said Oh, sorry with an attitude. I'm very disappointed. Manager said Sorry few times and she said she doesn't want to say sorry and laughed. That was my worst experience in that store.

I came in looking for a new skincare routine, I felt like I had a million questions and Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable! She made a ton of suggestions and helped me find every product I was looking for. She was very nice and sweet and helped my mom find makeup products as well!!! 10/10 service!!!! Thank you!!!!
