I would request all customer not to come to this store. They always sell expired stuff , One day I suddenly walked into the store and I saw a tall guy who worked there, he was remove expire date from all things. When he looked at me, he started laughing.

Went in to buy a chocolate bar and tried to pay with a $20 and the worker didn't want to give me change and wanted me to pay with debit or "give him a big tip"....sorry dude you don't deserve a $17 tip. He eventually gave me my change. What happened to cash is king?!?!

Bought a car wash flex pass here. Didn't even wash the dust off the car. Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't offer any refunds on carwash passes. I will not return to this location.

Purchased fuel and carwash September 29 2024 at 06:25 am....unfortunately forgot my receipt with carwash code....went back the next day and they said couldn't do anything....called 1800 number to tell story and they couldn't help. Please avoid this location due to poor service. Colin Campbell

I feel so bad
None of the workers can communicate either, just a stupid, useless and expensive store to avoid at all costs. Just go down the road to Circle K or Fas Gas, don't support this place.

What an absolutely useless corner store.What are you so scared of in Vanier East that you can't open your doors at 7:30 in the morning for people?? Just plain old stupidity there. None of the workers can communicate either, just a stupid, useless and expensive store to avoid at all costs. Just go down the road to Circle K or Fas Gas, don't support this place.

Went inside to grab something, there’s a lady (worker) who just stands there and does NOT even speak any english. I asked her a question and she just looked and asked the dude in their language to help me.Why do you hire somebody that cannot do their job? Having a little bit of english would work wonders. ?

AVOID THIS SHELL BRANCH AT ALL COST. I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS SINCE THEY OPENED BUT THE GUY ON DUTY TONIGT JUST LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THEM. HE WAS SO RUDE, IMPOLITE, AND VERY ENTITLED. IF YOU DON’T LIKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB/BUSINESS, YOU QUIT!!!! I RATHER HAVE ME, MY FAMILY, AND FRIENDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
