“I’d like to think I’m a regular customer. Purolator has always been my first choice for my shipping needs at work and home. I received my email saying my package had landed and was ready for pick up. When I got there the woman who was at the counter did not acknowledge me at all. I approached and said excuse me she looked at me and said what. I chose to ignore the attitude, everyone has bad days right? I asked about my package, gave my info and she looked in the computer and quickly went back to look on the shelves I assume came back out and said it’s not here. I showed her my notification she just shrugged. I asked if she could track it down and I was told no. At this point I’m getting upset. Another woman came out, Barb I believe was her name, asked if she could help, quickly located my package in the back, was very pleasant and quite frankly saved the day. Thank you for your awesome service today.”
