Ordered something "same day delivery" and waited four days before cancelling my order. No communication from the store itself after the order was placed online. Understandable if something was ordered on the weekend, but there should be more clear guidelines as to what "Same day" means. Really poor customer service from Showcase itself.

Don’t trust the scam sale they are having. They have a sale where you buy four and lowest priced item you get free. Well I grabbed four items one including a mystery grab bag. Which apparently has four items in it even though it only had one price tag on it clearly stating it just one price. So it should just count as one item not four separate products. And it not like you can see in it to know that either. So they count one of those four items that is inside the bag instead of any of my other products. Didn’t even say anything about it or anything. If I would have know I wouldn’t have wasted my money here. Not happy

I met Lora manager of showcase is the best one lady I ever met. She helped me in looking for the stuff and I found everything. I am recommending this store to everybody. They have the best massagers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went into the store today to make several purchases I found some really delightful things that I had wanted to purchase online I was ready to spend well over $300 when I overheard the owner and the shop owner from next door cutting down all of their customers and gossiping and I asked them politely to not be judgemental and talk like that in front of customers and it started a very large seeing these people are very unprofessional and chased us out of the mall for asking them not to cost of an inappropriate conversation in front of me and my children

Huge rip-off. There's a scanner on their POS system after I left the store there was four more transactions put on my debit card that they refused to reverse
