Be exceedingly cautious when purchasing from this store and do an abundance of your own research on the specific products you intend to purchase.
While the staff is friendly, they will not share any negative aspects of the products they make commission from. Take extra care when purchasing any foam products as there is little if any consistency from the products in store to what you receive in a box or delivered to your home. The sales people also withhold that foam products require an extensive break-in period that may never yield their advertised results and that the break-in period requires daily physical manipulation of your foam mattress as it will never break-in without the necessary amount of heat and pressure. Again, do not expect to have this information imparted upon you but rather seek the lived experiences of other tempurpedic customers.
Expect your mattress to arrive feeling stiff as concrete regardless of the specific model you purchased and it being no more comfortable than sleeping directly on your floor. You will then experience long painful nights for weeks and months waiting on incremental respite. It’s recommended you cover the mattress with a moisture barrier sheet but it’s unclear how much this impedes the required levels of heat and pressure needed to break-in the foam so make sure you pick the thinnest one possible.
There’s a sea of testimony online echoing these experiences from tempurpedic products and sadly many people end up stuck with a $4000 mattress that causes them daily pain which they can no longer get rid of. The foam may or may-not ever reach your desired level of compliance so be very aware of when your exchange window expires. It’s also unclear as to what the manufacturing techniques and materials being used are and how often these elements are being changed.
Lastly, regarding the expensive foam pillows sold in-store, purchasing these is a lottery experience as what you end up getting out of a box has no resemblance to what’s in store. The foam is either overly mushy, overly stiff and/or a completely different height.
Do not underestimate the quality and dependability of coil mattresses and feather pillows during your sleep comfort journey and always do your research.

If you’re going to buy something make sure you come with 2 strong men to load your purchase because they refuse load anything you’ve bought from within the store

We were served by Alex, who was really knowledgeable. He gave us good advice about choosing the right mattresses for us. We mentioned that our bedroom is on the second level and he told us his delivery people would bring it up and set it up for us without mentioning any extra charge.Today, we got our mattress! And we were shocked to be advised that we have to pay an extra $52.50(with gst) to bring it up to the second level as our delivery was set as CONTACTLESS! And the mattress already cost us more than 2k!So, a word of advice, make sure your delivery is NOT set as CONTACTLESS:((
