About Sylvan Star Cheese Ltd
Sylvan Star Cheese Ltd. is a big, beautiful shop full of yummy cheese and everything that pairs well with it. The store is cute and quaint, offering lots of interesting candy, food, knick knacks, furniture, and many other Dutch food items like beef jerky, nuts, cookies, jams, pickles, and ice cream. They also have locally and Alberta products, mainly sausages and jerky. The cheese is delicious, with some calling it the best they have ever tasted by a long shot. They are willing to experiment with flavours for their cheeses with different add-ins like nettle or truffle. The staff are friendly and courteous, providing excellent service. Bulk pricing for getting a wheel of Gouda is worth the trip.

Lots of local cheeses as well as some neat finds from around the world!
Our only disappointment was that a lot of the cheeses contain rennet and as vegetarians this doesn't meet our dietary restrictions.

Attended for cheese fest. This is a cheese shop and it delivered on that promise. Would cheese here again.
