Home Depot went above and beyond today with customer service. When Day & Ross delivered my vanity outside my door instead of the store, they sent staff over to bring it in my house. Thank you to the management and staff!

Paige at the Home Depot Red Deer was soooo helpful on the phone. This was the first experience we’ve had on the phone with Home Depot ( this isn’t our hometown store we are in BC) where we got to the right department and connected to someone who understood our request and who conveyed the answer quickly and concisely!

They always have what we are looking for. Good selection, helpful staff at the till although we did not see a staff member in the aisles to provide assistance

I have been shopping at homedepot since i moved from bc rob the bbq helped me from getting a new smoker to help with getting supplies for my renos.
The time before today i was in getting some stuff that rob had helped me with and as i was heading for lunch at 5 guys i seen a little Asian guy with a homedepot outfit on fighting with a guy with a cart full of tools when rob came over yelling at the guy with the tools and the guy ran off well fast forward to today i find out that rob was fired foe protecting the older Asian guy.
Looks like i will be going some where else cause thats not right in my books

The service provided was unsatisfactory. Despite my significant investment, I was unable to receive assistance from any staff member, including the manager. In contrast, I had a much more positive experience at another establishment where the customer service was significantly superior. This level of service is essential when spending such a substantial amount of money.

This location has the most friendly helpful staff I've ever encountered at a home depot! Store is always clean, well organized and if staff can't help you find what you need they are helpful in ordering.

I called Home Depot, asked if they had a 25 foot power snake, I was told they had 25, 50 and 75 foot. Drove down Round 5:13 was told that they didn’t have 25 ft snake and the 50 ft would work. Called a plumber, he tried the 50 ft snake, had problems with the switch and the fittings were too large to fit around the curves in the pipe. I took the snake back around 6:30 by and asked for my money to be refunded, the person I spoke to was very rude, said there wasn’t a problem with the switch, told him I didn’t know, that is what the plumber told me. This person also said that a 50 ft snake wouldn’t work on a kitchen sink, I said then why was I told it would. Mistakes are made which is okay but when I asked for the refund because of
The mistake I don’t think the person had to be so rude. Ended up calling Drain Doctor, if I would have been told that the 50 ft snake wouldn’t work in the first place that would have saved me a lot of time and driving twice to Home Depot, actually should have been told on the initial phone call at 4:30.

We recently moved into the area and have made many trips to Red Deer Home Depot to buy things we need from light bulbs, window coverings, flooring and more. All of the staff have excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. Outstanding among those is Rob who got us fixed up with flooring, window coverings and also gave us solutions and suggestions to home maintenance problems that helped make our house into our home. Home Depot is very fortunate to have Rob on their payroll.

A van is available for rent but they won't rent it to me because they sent the rest of their fleet to have winter tires put on all at once. All availability that was there immediately just vanished and they won't rent me the one that is available because of "the system"
