Worst Tim Hortons in Red Deer!!! Service non existent !!! Never have what you are requesting!!! Cannot understand the person trying to take my order!!! Not clean if you go inside!!! Tim’s should have better control of this location.Very disappointed but Starbucks close by!!!!

This has to be the WORST Tim Hortons in the entire town. I ordered chai teas with double double and it didn’t even taste like it was supposed to. A croissant which was cold and we had to ask them to warm it up. Did not give any sleeves for hot cups and no paper napkins. 0 quality food and 0 service, all they think of is completing people’s orders and getting them out of there as quickly as possible. This is beyond disgusting, Tim Hortons used to be a nice place to go for coffee. Not anymore!!!

I ordered a chilli with cheese and a big bun extra butter. Paid for the extras never got the cheese got a tiny bit and only one butter. I asked the guy at the drive through if it’s correct he said yes I should have looked because they never give what you order. And when you call them no one ever answers the phone.

Customer service at its worst, they didn't have staff and locked the front door without a sign, they got upset cause they did not have time for breaks. Worst service

My order of lime chicken on plate is not available coz they don’t have rice at 2pm, they also don’t have wedges..that i Expected to have coz he put the wedges in point of sale, last thing the muffin that i order is so dry. The app as well is not user friendly.

The drive-through moves along nicely. Two things about the interior: 1) the service inside is slow and little attention to people waiting to order inside. 2.) About a week ago I was inside having coffee with a friend, the tables were not cleaned with food and cups left on the tables and the floor. When we cleared off a table and sat down the floor was disgustingly dirty! With all the staff working when I was there, this should be done on a regular basis. Possibly a management issue?

On one occasion, I found myself waiting for 15 minutes to place my order, despite being the only customer in line.In terms of cleanliness, the interior of the store is generally acceptable, but there is room for improvement. Addressing this cleanliness concern would significantly enhance the overall experience for customers.Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the coffee and food offerings remains consistent with the Tim Hortons standard. I did my order inside the store and have a bunch of orders but I didn’t get my 2 hash browns with my meal. I didn’t have time to go back. Just want to remind that the staff should check if the customer’s order are complete before the customer leave. Not putting everything in the bag and tell customer all good but it’s not! So dissapointing! I only stop by to that store because there’s a gas station. Customer Service not even good!

there was not a table clean, but there was four empty five actually, and it took him forever to clean it when I asked them so I said I would do it and then he came and did it. They served two people before me after I already ordered first and it was only three donuts and three coffees and I asked for a sprinkle doughnut and I got a glazed doughnut after all this I needed some water and they charge me $.11 for a small cup which is fine but really after all this that was just enough to say I’m done here. Thank you.Vegetarian options: Doesn’t exactly look appetizing for starters. Secondly, Customer Service was not good which probably didn’t help in enjoying my meal.

I had phoned on Oct 4 about being able to purchase 2 dozen honey glazed donuts for Oct 5 & was told to call 15 minutes to 1/2 hour ahead and they would make for me as possibly wouldn’t have enough to fill my order. I phoned at 10ish am to place my order. We stopped about 1 pm to pick up our order, told them I had placed an order for 2 doz doughnuts, they took my payment & proceeded to fill boxes with a variety of doughnuts, I told them no ,I placed an order so they then found the order with my name on it. When we arrived home we opened the order up to find all different kinds of doughnuts.I returned to the store and 2 different times had to show them what I wanted, the person who I spoke with said something in a non- English language & they all laughed so quite sure thought it was a joke on me. Said I would have to wait about 1/2 hour, so said OK, then another one returned again and asked which ones I wanted so once again had to show. No apology offered. Was waiting and I finally went to counter and suggested perhaps could have a coffee and I had no intention to pay for it, they did give me one. There were many wait people of the same nationality who appeared to be more interested in visiting among themselves than serving customers. Was my first & last visit to this store. Have never been a great Tim’s fan and this certainly didn’t help to make me want to return

First time to visit this location unfortunately I would say "first impression last". I was standing bout 15minutes nobody approach me to take my order they are just passing in front of me because they are all busy serving in a drive thru, then finally there is a guy took my order no suggestive selling, no welcoming greet, and looks like he feels annoyed because im standing in front, thats what I felt..finally placed my order , hes done making my drinks with no label at all in different drinks..funny coz you have to guest which one is regular blend, dark roast and steeped tea..I wait for another 20mins for my sandwich , they just keep on chatting while they have order need to make in their screen..go in my car when im notice im missing 1 drink , need to ho inside again to get my missing drink..try to recognize by their name but nobody wearing a name tag! and our breakfast sandwich burnt!!this is the worst tims location we visit!

We went through the drive through and the speakers were so loud it was absolutely obnoxious, the staff made you repeat everything and would cut you off and try to talk over you. Lots of confusion and repeating. Would not recommend.
