“Visiting from out of town and decided to check this out instead of driving into Calgary for build-a-bear. 10/10 would go back again. The store was so quaint and quiet. We had the whole store to ourselves while the kids created their teddies. The lady working today was so kind and patient with the kids. Pricing was very reasonable for a smaller chained store. Very glad we decided to stop in!”

“Wonderful experience for my daughter’s first ear piercing! Sheri and the other staff pierced both ears together. They took their time, were very patient and made her feel calm. They also explained aftercare clearly. Thank you so much!”

“Staff are always so welcoming considering what occurs in the area. Never any problems in service whether it’s a product question or just to see our regular cashiers and engage in conversation. They go through a lot sometimes, so it’s nice to engage with the staff.”
