Tried to get into an aisle the other night to get airfreshner both end blocked by full pallets of product should not be in the aisles customers can't buy stuff they need or get into that isle they need to keep pallets out of the aisles until they are putting stuff out customers won't be happy if they can't get product they need to buy now it sends your customers to other stores or other grocery stores to get what they wanted or needed to pick up not happy with their ways of doing things don't shop here won't be able to buy product you want or need .

Not buying at this Walmart again! They do not honor scanning code of practice like the south end or Sylvan Lake Walmart, found 2 cups that were pretty cheap just to find out they wouldn't give us the cups at that price, because they were in the wrong location... When that happened at the south end with a 300$ AC unit (they had over stocked the units on the shelf and it went way onto the next priced item) they honored the code and gave it to us for 120$ because that's where it was, the Sylvan Lake Walmart also honors this. when we went to talk to the north end Walmart and let them know my girlfriend worked at Sylvan lake Walmart for 4 years and knows the scanning code of practice they literally laughed at her and said that doesn't matter, They were rude about the whole situation. when the same thing has happened at other Walmarts (but for different items)only they honor the code, this Walmart is very cheap. these were two 30$ cups btw stocked in the wrong location for 10$, will not be going to this Walmart anymore

*Update* the manager of the online shopping called me and refunded my whole order when she heard what happened, thank you for making me rethink my opinion about the store
Put in an online grocery order (Aug 27 2024) to be delivered between 5pm and 6pm and I still do not have my order, it's over and 1hr and 22 mins late and I have no idea when it will be delivered, with this experience I'm not sure if I will do an online grocery order again!!!!

The grocery department is great. I get my items delivered and the service is always very good. They even sent me a thank you note, and a treat with my last order. ?
Today, another thank you card and treat. They are truly lovely people.

Ridiculous. The moment we entered we were profiled and followed hard till we left. I shop here so much and to be treated like this is disgusting. The lady on the scooter is absolutely horrible and rude.

DON'T EVER USE WALMART GROCERY SHIPPING OPTIONS! If it isn't their same/next day grocery service for normal grocery orders or if it says it needs to be shipped and arrive by a certain date, just find another option. It will show up late or not at all because of the following reasons... they will: Take 5+ days to process your order before they send it, Get your address incorrect, Leave you to deal with the courier corrections (even though they made the mistake), Give you incorrect and misleading information on customer support, Reject your refund when it took 10 days longer than it said it would which causes you to go out and buy another replacement product anyway. Just to note, this was an item sold and shipped by Walmart, not a "Marketplace Seller". Completely useless service that costed more money and caused more headaches than it was worth. I will never ever use that service again and I advise everyone do the same.

We stayed in Pine Lake camp and needed something badly late of Saturday. We traveled 30min to this Walmart centre and bought what we need. Good location

It's incredible the amount of racist people you find in these types of establishments. I enter the store and immediately there is a guard following me all the time, maybe it's because of my skin color.

I just want to give a shout out to Morgan at the North Red Deer location! She was fantastic. The computer system showed that they had two of the product I was looking for in stock, but could not find on the shelf. She spent over 20 minutes looking for the item, enlisting the help of several coworkers in the process. She looked in to other departments, in back rooms and searched through other workers picks. When she couldn’t find it, she took my number and said she would message me if she found it. She did, and she let me know she would keep one on her cart until I could get there. 10/10 customer service. I really appreciate her! I have never had such good service before!
