If you'd like to send money they will not tell you about their fees until you give them all your personal information. So you're standing there and wasting your time answering all these questions. When they finally tell you what the fees are you turn around and leave, leaving all your personal information. I don't know how it is still legal. If I absolutely have no desire to use your services you shouldn't have my personal information.
