Not so much about the company, because i found out later that I was talking to the wrong department. But HEATHER REYNOLDS was AMAZING. while she was looking into the problem, we chatted sbout the issue, and other things. she was both pleasant, and was generally happy to help!.
If i do ever need what westland insurance has, I will be going directly to Heather. Iam sure whe would be able to guide me with a smile and laugh 😃

Heather was fantastic, offering a great quotation in a timely manner, with very few questions after having provided her with all the information I had received from my current provider. Fran Miko at Westland Red Deer was easy to talk to. There was a problem when our daughter went to renew her Home insurance. Fran listened, “heard” what we were telling her and made us feel that she was going to find a solution. She was able to get to the bottom of the renewal dilemma by the end of the day. We met with Fran again in her office the next morning to sign a New policy which was at a much better rate than we were quoted by another broker/agent from another Agency, for the renewal. Fran made the entire process much smoother. We highly recommend Fran if you are looking for a professional who understands quality client services.
