Compared to meat shops in major cities in Ontario the selection presented isn't as much at the meat counter. But this could be because the owner only brings things to the meat counter if they are asked for (from previous experience).If you come early in the morning you may find yourself waiting a bit longer than the typical meat shops I've been to if you are asking for ground beef (coming from Ontario). You can call the store and schedule meat to be prepared prior to coming to save yourself some time.Other than meat, you'll find other food items commonly used in Arabic and Asian cuisines there. There are some other convenience store items for sale as well.For the stuff I buy (limited set of items), I find the prices are never more than the prices compared to the Real Canadian superstore and sometimes cheaper.The owner is polite and courteous.
