Service at Napa Auto Pro in Redcliff, Alberta was more than excellent. I had forgotten my appointment and showed up late. They still accommodated me and got my oil changed quickly. They also notified me of a leaking seal and allowed me back to take pictures. I’d recommend these guys to everyone.

Had an out of town fleet truck making a terrible ringing sound while visiting home in Medicine Hat for the weekend. I had to leave on Monday back North.
The GM dealer couldn’t even diagnose the problem until the following Tuesday, but the guys at Napa Redcliff had my vehicle in for a diagnostic the same day, and repaired by Sunday night. 4 hour water pump job had a turnaround time of one day.
Great communication throughout the job as well, and they took the fleet card without issues. Would highly recommend this place.
