“KEN HAUCK TOWING SERVICE is the TOWING COMPANY to call.Late SUNDAY afternoon my truck had an electrical issue and "stalled out" running 110 kms/hr on HWY #1.I was unable to locate or repair problem on shoulder of highway.Contacted KEN HAUCK TOWING to request towing.Spoke with Jenn (EXCELLENT DISPATCHER).who also took care of the billing later (VERY REASONABLE CHARGE)in a professional and courteous manner.Jenn dispatched the trucks QUICKLY and upon arrival, at my request they agreed to tow truck and trailer to their yard in Red Cliff, AB.The owner and the driver Braiden saw me to a comfortable hotel to wait until morning.However 3 hours later Braiden called to inform me that they had located the issues and made all needed repairs.If I wanted to, I could continue on or wait until day break to continue the trip. At 7:00 am Braiden arrived at the hotel to take me to the truck and trailer hooked up and ready to go.Made that trip with no problems and have driven truck over 20,000 kilometers more with NO ISSUES.I wish to THANK all of the TEAM at HAUCK TOWING for the EXCELLENT SERVICE.I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and the their people.Service: Special vehicle towing”
