Was a great motel when the other people owned it. The new owners don't care about the place at all. Steps to the 2nd floor were covered in snow and ice. It hasn't snowed for a week or so. Pillows were old and lumpy. Room was not very clean. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because they left a almost empty roll in the bathroom.
Safety: Lots of drug addicts at the motel

I stayed a week late last winter and regretted it. Three days after leaving I awoke with a line of bites (8)on my lower leg. I've never had this misfortune ever in my life. They don't call it the blood rest for nothing.

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet! It's such a convenient place right on the edge of
downtown Redwater.
Rooms: The room was always kept clean. And bed bug free!

Left my camera and my keyboard there under the one table and beside however magically neither item there when I called back. Other than that service was good
Walkability: Everything in walking distance needed main road going into town

I had a great experience with this room rental service. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly and responsive to any questions I had. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. I would definitely recommend this service to others and would consider staying here again in the future. Only the shower handle was broken, make sure you have the pliers with you😂.

1. The overwhelming smell of pot on the property
2. The front desk person was very rude, and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her.
3. Lied to us, stating there was no single bed/rooms available; so we had to pay more.
4. Made us pay before services were rendered and before we even saw the room.
5. The residents above us were stomping and partying all night, so we couldn’t really sleep and if we complained, they got worse.
6. OUR TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO, and the manager was very apathetic; “so? And”
7. The room was you get what you pay for.
We used to love this place, now we won’t be back, ever again.
