“They are helpful, attentive, there is a lack of knowledge which is common in a small town store with limited availability of experienced pool of staff to hire from, it’s often young people in their first job. Comments from people complaining about that issue need to understand what a small franchisee in a small town is dealing with, but they have been great since I moved into the area. It’s my dogs favourite store, he loves shopping and always gets a treat at the till. My dog understand shopping, but always stands up and puts his paws on the counter asking for a treat and always gets one. Please my dog, and I’m pleased, even if there was anything else that wasn’t top shelf. As a matter of fact, as my dog is older and when the time comes, this small town store is on his bucket list for him in his last days.”
