The venue was great. The birthday party had good attendance. The kitchen setup was inviting as an island.Huge sunny deck, pool, hot tub...if only I had known, I'd have brought my suit.Recommend it for any occasion.

A very nice place but a little to crowded for my liking, I like a little more space from my neighbors.

People are friendly. Great for kids in summertime. Private community. Not for camping.

This is a great place for a summer getaway. They have a community center with an indoor pool and hot tub, workout room, and ping pong table. Outside there is a trail that leads all through the park. It has a nice sand beach with a volleyball net and tons of green space for any other games or activities you wish to have. They have 2 docks and one with a swimming area. Great place!

A great place to retire or have an affordable all-year round getaway.

Traveling through the general area, found this place online, it was out off of my route but my nearest best option to use a dumping station. I would've paid, just like every other place I have passed over the years. They didn't answer the phone. I go there to find gated private community, that's fine just please put that information online. 1 star for you, for being a nuisance, wasting my gas and precious time, as I travelling for work and this made a difficult day much worse.

We are so lucky to have great friends who own a lake lot here at Raymond Shores private resort at Gull Lake. This resort is gated which makes it feel quite secure for the kids and allows us to truly relax. Raymond Shores is beside a public boat launch so we can launch our seadoo right there as well. The resort is 4 seasons which means you can bring your trailer anytime of the year and some residents even live there year round. For rainy days there is an indoor heated pool and hot tub with gym, laundry and event space access. Tennis courts outside as well. The beach sand is a bit of a clay mix and the bottom of the water in the swim area is bit squishy under your feet. You can walk far out into the swim area before it gets deeper than your waist. The lake itself is also very clean and quite large. It can get busy with boats and watercraft but it's a fun way to spend a day!
