“I’m not fond of the phone system in place by BrokerLink. The menu is not user friendly and being transferred to someone in a city that knows nothing about small town / agricultural issues is disconcerting. I will say that my broker, Fran, has always been courteous and knowledgeable. She is well-informed about the issues and returns calls promptly. A pleasure to work with.”
