“The people at Ralcomm are great, very nice and very helpful... it's usually UPS that has screwed up something as they are terrible, not Ralcomm. I don't think Ralcomm deserves these low stars. UPS has a policy that they won't leave packages at Ralcomm that are addressed to a PO Box in Rocky. Why NOT? It's still legitimate and it's in Rocky so it's a terrible policy, and the packages often end up in Red Deer. I wish none of my packages went UPS but unfortunately I don't usually have control over that when ordering online.”
