Great customer service. After having Bad experience from another shoe store , my family went to dsw and the customer service was just super great. Boot collection was good and my mom and dad bought boots for winter and the sale associates were very helpful.

Great store ....well stocked, lots of styles but stock turns over quickly too.

CrossIron DSW showed 3 pair my size. Not on display so spoke to Dave who searched and found they were still in unpacked shipment. Had an employee find them and I returned to store after 40min and they were at counter. Helpful and courteous staff.
