Exceptional Service at SoftMoc CrossIron Mills
I recently visited the SoftMoc store at CrossIron Mills with the intention of purchasing a pair of UGG slippers. Unfortunately, the specific style I wanted was not available in the store. However, my experience was far from disappointing, thanks to the incredible service provided by Tanya, one of the store associates.
Tanya went above and beyond to ensure I left the store satisfied. She took the initiative to call different stores to locate the exact pair I was looking for. Her dedication, patience, and willingness to help were truly commendable. It’s rare to find such personalized service these days, and Tanya’s efforts made all the difference in my shopping experience.
The SoftMoc store at CrossIron Mills is not only well-stocked with a variety of quality footwear, but it’s also staffed by professionals who genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for great products and even better service, I highly recommend visiting this store. Tanya and the rest of the team have earned a loyal customer in me!

Usually I find it really hard to receive a simple "hello" let alone any assistance in this store, but that changed on Black Friday of all days! Noopur was so extremely cheery and helpful. I had been carrying around a shoe I wanted a size for and despite how busy they were, they checked in with me and went searching for the size. And again, despite how busy they were, they HUNTED for that size. I'm so thankful for all your help, Noopur! Love the new Converse!

Went and got myself shoes today. None of the 3 employees working said hello when I walked in or helped me find what I was looking for. Once I found what I was looking for, I had to find my own size among all the boxes that weren’t organized. I’m only giving two stars as once I found what I needed and went to pay, she was very nice but customer service was a big fat 0%…. Will not ever shop here again

There are a serious lack of employees at this store. It's so hard to find someone to help you and when you do find them it's even more difficult to find them again to ask for another size. I'm not sure why it's always the same story with this store. HIRE MORE STAFFManagement should do better.

Every time I shop here the girl with the boot makes sure i find what I need and is so helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchase and is always super kind. She makes my visit enjoyable and I always leave the store happier than when I went in because of her outstanding customer service skills.

Bought a pair of slides from here, was given two different sizes. When contacting support they are absolutely useless. Would NOT recommend shopping at any softmoc location based on this experience, I know I will not be. Probably a good reason they are sitting at a 3.2 star rating.
