Horrible experience
We usually love to come and shop at this location but the lady working was so busy getting mad over folding clothes she couldn’t be bothered to say hello or offer help she more focused on keeping they the clothes together we left and she could’ve cared less !

I bought 2 bralettes for my daughter and cashier AE2261 did not greet nor initiate any conversation. Did not even bother to ask if I have Real Rewards membership. I'll not shop on this location and would rather buy online.

Emma at Aerie Cross Iron Mills provided an outstanding customer service experience. Her attentiveness and friendly approach made shopping enjoyable. Emma's product knowledge was impressive, and she went the extra mile to help me find the perfect items. Emma is a valuable asset to the store, and I'll certainly be returning, thanks to her excellent service.

Was not even greeted, no one asked if they could help me and basically avoided eye contact. I asked for a change room, no one ever checked in on sizing or how I was doing… Basically ignored.

I've been to this location so many times and it's always a lovely experience, the staff is very helpful and sweet. They are very welcomeing. They have these cute sticky notes on the mirror in the change rooms, With the sweetest messages on them. The manger should be proud of how the store is running and how professional and helpful the staff are. I feel like 5 stars aren't enough
