Aldo on Cross Iron was weird, if not terrible, everyone behind the counter, had to go there ask for help and the lady was like running from us after that like didn't want to be on the floor helping. Boxes were disorganized couldn't find any shoes from where they were displayed.
Jaspri (hopefully that's her name) , she came to the rescue, giving great customer service, asking our needs, helping us find everything we needed.

Great customer service, staffs were very helpful and friendly, but this company should really pay their employees well or to get more employees considering how much money they make, we went on a Saturday afternoon and there were only three people there, the poor guy and girl at check out can’t even keep up, do better Aldo.

Bad costumer service. I have no idea if the employees at this store gets paid. Cz they dont seem like it. They stand and chat together and if your lucky someone will help you find your size.
