The customer service at this store needs major improvement. I was ignored when I asked for help ; a manager probably based on how she was directing another employee, and another female employee on her phone both were standing, talking at the register and seemed annoyed.
It felt like my presence didn't matter, which suggests the store lacks good management. The employees were unprofessional and unhelpful also all behind the cash register talking.
I wouldn't recommend visiting this store. They need better training, leadership, and more positive employees.

Excellent experience; their customer service was top-notch. One of their employee(s), Ms. Natasha (CrossIron Mills outlet), was very welcoming and cooperative. Highly recommended!

Donovan and his team on Saturday was amazing. He was able to find the right shoes for me with the right deal and even recommended some grippy pads to go with it. Can’t wait to see what other deals you got for Boxing day !

So many obviously fake reviews, I walked into the store where there was a group of four employees hanging out together and commenting where they’re from what they do for fun etc. etc. and not one of them approached me when I was looking for my size. I ended up just walking out of the store because there was absolutely zero interest from them to be at their job.

So many times i visit Aldo Store at Crossiron Mills. Every time Natasha give us plenty of time to show a varities of shoes. Me and my family we bought a lot of shoes from this store just because of Natasha's help. We really enjoy to come this store every visit. Thank you

The manager today was excellent to deal with, even though I wasn’t an excellent customer to deal with. I had purchased a pair of boots in Saskatoon that didn’t quite fit right & didn’t match what I wanted but the salesgirl in Saskatoon was so pushy and somehow convinced me to buy something I didn’t want. When I got home to Calgary, I returned them to this location and the bottoms/toes were scuffed so they weren’t willing to take a return right away but after I explained how unhappy I was with them and the service in Saskatoon, the manager helped me out anyways. Very impressed with how he handled things considering I was in a horrible mood and shouldn’t haven’t projected that onto him. Looked through the store quickly and the cleanliness & selection is better than I’ve seen at other locations.

The manager here “Shef” will waste your time! To start with - I’ve previously worked at Aldo for years back in college and know how their policies work for price match. She refused to price match an online item and wasted my time after her going back and forth about it. Her employee said manager believes it is not their policy to price match their exact merchandise from online, but this is not what their website or actual policy working there is! Do not come here!
