BEWARE! before leaving the store, check your receipts. there are instances that they will double punch an item so you’ll get charged an extra item. didn’t realize this until we were walking around the mall before going home. happened to my friend as well just recently.

I had a bad experience in this store. My husband and I bought more than 24 mist and she put them all in one paper bag without the carboard. So o request for another paper bag so we can split them coz we have a long way to go. Paperbag are not too strong to carry heavy things like more than 24 mist. Unfortunately the cashier told us that they can only give one coz they run out of stocks and she still need to ask permission to her supervisor/ manager but manager refused to give and tell the same reason. So i told the cashier, if the paperbag broke and damaged all the items it is more complicated, then only she decided to give us another paperbag.
I can’t see the logic why do they need to hold a paper bag specifically if they customer are buying more than 10 items? They should be more prepare specially this Holiday season. Very bad experience and embarrassment to this staff.

Be aware of their black Friday deals or buy 3 get 3 for free. They will make up random prices at the cash desk until you confront them, how does 7+7 +12 equals 59. They are giving you incorrect prices,distract you with the so called discounts, anything to rip you off. Don't ever shop there.

It was 5:50 when I want to buy the last minute gifts,inside was some customers but the staff told me it’s not allowed to enter Because they are busy and I don’t have time, even the store should work till 6 pm and accept people. Bad experience.

We went to Cross Iron to buy some Christmas presents. But the manager was so rude. I asked him if I could use the signup voucher, and he told me, “ I don’t know it’s my first time seeing this” What the heck that he didn’t know it was advertised within the store!
When I pay for my items. I used my voucher and asked for a paper bag, the associate said only 5 pcs she could give it, and I told her it was ok. And she gave me a plastic bag 😡. I told her paper bag not plastic, she said NO without a blink.
When my friend turned to pay, she got a signup voucher as well. The manager asked are you together? Like yeah, obviously we are together!! And he said oh this is your last transaction 😡. Cashier scanned the items and a total of 32 pcs, manager came and told us, you were allowed to purchase 24 pcs, but we had to remove 8 pcs, so we removed 8 pcs and paid.
All the way to the exit, the manager was there and glared at us. We felt like he wanted us to get out of the store, a lot of people still buying inside, and other people were buying a bunch of items, but he never showed disrespect to them. The manager was so rude and he had a bad attitude towards us.

Most of the staff were very friendly and nice except for Mohamed. After talking with him he was rushing me through the store just to get me to buy something and leave. After spending some time looking at all the products he comes to me and basically says to me it’s time to buy something and leave the store. Very unprofessional, and I feel like the store itself would’ve been a pleasant experience if it not for his rude and distasteful demeanour
