The middle aged guy with glasses (manager if you could even call him that) at this location is major tool. He literally has no idea what he's doing plus has an attitude that should have got him fired along time ago. Avoid this place at all costs!

The employees are bullies. They are rude and inconsiderate to their customers. My friend was buying a touque and wanted to go into a shorter line, but the lady rejected her but let other people in her line go ahead of her. When she was leaving the store, a different employee came up to her and said, "Wow, you switched lines lots", in a rude way. Go to Bluenotes instead.

Horrible experience. Was asked for phone number to be able to purchase. Refused and was asked again, clerk said I couldn't purchase anything unless I gave them my number. So I said no sale, thanks

Came in for an online exchange... Chris the manager was very helpful. He was friendly and helped us leave happy after learning that the online store is a different entity and they can't exchange items for the same price. Will definitely continue to support the brand and the Crossiron location especially. Thanks!

Manager/person at the till was so disrespectful and was extremely passive aggressive. He provided nothing but a bad attitude the entire time and should probably be taught how to act properly and professionally.

I had the worst customer service and slowest person on the till ever at that store would never ever go back there to buy anything ever again. I don’t recommend anybody go there.

This is Amer jirjees just I came to the boathouse crossiron branch last week to purchase sunglasses ?. So I talkd to the employee working there her name Alsiynn .so I have to be honest she was amazing employee too much friendly helpful. She helped me too much and she did her over her best so I can't explain about my feelings. She was really Really perfect employee..I never saw like her entire my life in canada ??.She disirved the best star ?.Just I would like to say to her thank you so much sister.Really Really appreciate ?.Have great day.Also I would like to thank boathouse crossiron branch and the all management staff for all and to hire perfect employees like her.Have a great day ?

Brutal service, a female on November 15, 2023 advised me to take my item to the other side as there was no till where I was, in an ignorant voice. She also told someone else who already bought something that its .20 per bag and she should go see someone else because she’s busy. Terrible customer service.

I was not greeted at any point when I went into the store. The store is smaller but again, well lit and easy to find things. They have a great selection of outrageous swimwear, colour wise that is. Lots of US college hoodie selections available. Pretty nice store with some good stuff. Would take a look again if I was in the mall. Should be getting more summer wear soon also.

I had the best service in Boathouse on Sunday. Megan and Christian were very helpful and friendly. Recommended different styles and price ranges. I will definitely go back when at Cross iron Mills.
