Terrible customer service. Went to buy shoes, and the offer was buy one get a second one for 25%off. we selected 2 because of this offer and came to pay first thing cashier BRYLLE said these shoes are not part of the offer I asked him why and he said this colour is popular so not part of the offer. I said haven't seen any specific thing like this in the poster displayed in the store about the offer and he said in a rude way to go back and find another colour if I want that promotion. I hope Crocs will send him a basic customer service course and at least he can learn how to talk to people and all

The girl claimed herself is the manager of this store is extremely rude and having bad behaviour toward customers. Not sure why she could be promoted to the manager perhaps she owns this store in that case I guess this store would be closing soon in the near future with her poor customer service skills.If there was a camera in the store the owner or head quarter should have reviewed the recording from 14:30-15:00 on Jul 25 to have a better understanding about this negative review.

Tried to come here on 2 separate days to just get a quick pair of crocs, and both days there was a huge queue outside the doors. On the second trip I waited in the queue but after 10 minutes left as it didn’t even move. Far too busy.

I gave my 11 daughter a pair of my old Crocs. She loves them, so I decided to buy her a new pair of her own. When we went in we had trouble finding her size. Mateao came and asked if he may help. He found the right sizes for her. She didn't get the one pair she really wanted and one pair that she really wanted. We left with 2 pairs of Crocs and a bunch of jibbitz. Mateao and everyone else working there were pleasent to everyone in the store. Thank you Mateao. We will be back.

Came 7.20pm today and there is not much people inside but they keep on saying they are close now and when I ask what time store close they said 8pm but still they have to clean the store... This is ridiculous and how lazy ur staff is... Sondisapponunted

Great customer service from Marifelle! She let me exchange a pair of sandals because they were 2 different sizes of shoes. Thanks to her for saving me gas and time. I highly recommend you look for her because she’s very helpful.

I ordered from online store and online they have it advertised: hassle free returns..........If you're ordering online and from Canada, it is not hassle free. You don't get a return label as that's a cost to you, and you have to go to the courier and figure that out yourself.Also I had to call customer service to figure this out and ask for the return address.Wouldn't recommend purchasing online.The store is a bit further away from me too so that's not an option.

Worst manager Jessica is. She doesn’t know what she even talking about. Have zero experiences with customer services. She’s not happy with her job please move along and don’t ruin other peoples day. Head office really needs to step in.

I stopped by today for an exchange cause my online order is larger than my size. The female staff at the front door is so nice, helps me find my true size and advises me when I have questions about the exchange process.I know I might taken away their time for others customers, so that I had all my information ready and tried my best to saving time. However, the cashier in the white shirt was having a really bad attitude towards me. I was trying to be nice, saying sorry (even when I didn’t do anything wrong), and being understandable, but her attitude just keep worse and worse.After that, I just left without saying anything to her, and only say goodbye to the female staff who was being so nice to me at first while I was leaving.This experience has been ruining my day. I love Crocs so much, but I don’t think I’ll come back the store again.P/s:I was going to give 1 star, but the front staff is so helpful and I appreciate she’s doing her jobs properly, so that I put 2 stars review.

I was excited on getting a pair of crocs with my Christmas money. I drive an hour to get to cross iron mall.I'm glad I knew what I was getting because the staff seemed too disinterested and annoyed to help anyone. I realize it's just after Christmas, so that seemed normal. But the part that got me was "NO CASH".So I drove all the way, did my shopping in the croc store, got to the counter just to be told, "Too bad! You can't buy your items with the money you have...." and then acting like I'm the problem. So I wasted all this time and gas for absolutely nothing. I wonder how much business they have to turn away this time of year. That would make sense as to why the staff seemed so miserable. All the cash paying customers are probably taking out their anger on them. What a terrible shopping experience!I spent my cash at the bass pro shop buying their knock off crocs.

Went in the other day and horrible service. No one said hello, employees seemed more interested in their conversation than helping, left empty handed. Sad and not worth my time nor money.

Did not get greeted or helped the entire time. Stores layout could be better, customers and workers were having a hard time getting around each other.Product is great as usual.
