I've been shopping at Foot Locker CrossIron for the past 11 years, and it continues to be my go-to place for shoes and kids' game shoes or clothing. The selection is always great, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Whether I’m looking for the latest sneakers or everyday activewear for my kids, I can always count on finding something here.
If don’t find the size, they order for you online and get delivered free to your doorstep .
Love this store and the consistency they’ve maintained over the years!

Come here to return a gift I got. I was hoping I could get the money in a gift card since it was a gift and I didn't pay for it. The cashier didn't ask me nothing, she just refunded the money to the card that bought it. I would have told her but she didn't even ask me anything. It like they're told to talk as little as possible. Really bad customer service. Don't go here . And the manager wasn't much help either. I can't expect the employees too be good when the manager himself is bad .

Went to you guys after getting no help from another shoe store just down from you. You guys were not even busy and not a single associate helped at all. The supervisor or manager whomever he was is standing at the front till hands in his pockets. Cashier standing there staring at me. Floor associates just standing in the middle away from all the customers looking at the shoe wall. I knew exactly what I wanted to try on and buy. I waited around for 10 minutes and left. It's no wonder brick and mortar stores are dying out with that kind of customer service who wants to spend money with you guys. Avoid this place.

We usually go to the Toronto, ON location but stopped by here during our holiday and a big mistake that was. Customer service is horrible here. Manager wasn’t any better. They just stand around and don’t bother to ask if you need assistance.. They can’t answer any questions and pretend to go get an answer. We were waiting on the manger to respond regarding the FLX program, however he left to talk to the people at the kiosk the whole time. Very bad service, I would rather shop online and not deal with these people.

I would give them zero stars If I could I went in just to look around waiting for my wife and I got profile , I got followed around like I was stealing by there manger never caught his name but taller Filipino guy , Ended up not buying anything as I felt not welcome ,fyi not everyone with tattoos is stealing, Pretty gross since its 2024 , I will not be back to this footlocker and maybe any other lucky JD is close by and they don't profile people so I got the grey Jordan 4 from them.

My son and I went into the store just to have a look around then we ran into James very pleasant individual who was more than willing to help us during our time in the store we got to chat with a few more of the staff, all very helpful. I would highly recommend this store Left with a very positive experience and new pants and T-shirt for my son

Didn’t have a great experience at this store. The female working helping me greeted me right away and helped me find the shoes I was looking for but she never came back to check on me. Also the male employees were standing around the bench where one sits to try on the shoes. Had to awkwardly squeeze my way in to sit down. After that they just moved in front of me and stood in a circle and chatted. I needed help with the shoes but they were too busy chatting to work I guess. Would’ve bought the shoes then and there but I ended up buying online instead. Won’t be back at his location.
