I rarely visit supplement stores anymore, given the prices. I decided to stop in as I don't have any GNCs where I'm from.
The guy working was friendly, and provided good customer service. Very welcoming attitude, which makes your shopping experience better.
I bought a heavily discounted 5lb tub of protein, so I left very satisfied. If you need supplements, GNC does price match and it's convenient while you're out shopping. Nice location with a good selection of supplements.

You had one of these brown old guy working there and when people paid cash he would take the money and hold it up in the light and would say it’s fake even tho it wasn’t fake he did that to anybody who paid cash fire him than you.

Went in today Aug 10 at 8pm. Employee was sitting on a ladder sleeping. I came in and he put the ladder away in haste. I went to look at the protein powders at the back because I’m out completely. The employee then stood about or to two feet away from me staring. I let him know that I was uncomfortable with how close he was and how he was staring at me. He just kept staring. Let him know I was uncomfortable with how close behind me he was standing. I left after he didn’t say anything and just stared at me as if he just woke up from a nap. I left without getting any protein powder even though I ran out today. I usually get the large bags with the sale price and multiple add-ons. Missed out on hundreds, I’m going to order from a different store and pickup from there tomorrow.

Kirat was one of the best associates I've had at a GNC. I went in for a specific energy drink. He told me about a sale, and got extra inventory out for me. When I lamented about how far I'd have to carry the drinks to where my car was parked (on the other side of the mall), he showed me where the loading zone doors were. By the time I moved my car and got back, Kirat bagged my drinks so it would be easy for me to carry. I appreciated his enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service!

Hats off to Staff of GNC Crossiron mills and Store Manager Navi. They helped me with products to continue my fitness journey. Products are really good. And store is well maintained. To anyone reading this review for store visiting or purchasing, just do it.
