I use to be a guest best customer .i shopping in this store so manny time , each time I always spend more than 500 and sometimes even more. On Sunday I bring my 4 brother there I want to get them some winter clothes then my brother see a empty box display he ask me what they selling why nothing there turn around one off the staff came keep aking me and my brother you want it you have to pay for it she also say I saw your brother put it in the pocket she speak really loud in front of many people I’m a business owner too I never thought one day the place I always shopped.will be the place make me and my family look like a theaf. Go stilling people stuff from now on I and my family all my staff will never shop here again

My sister found a pair of shoes she liked at a store, but they didn't have her size available, so they arranged for delivery. Unfortunately, we received the wrong pair of shoes. When we returned them to the store, the manager claimed that we didn't pay for shipping, which was why we received the wrong shoes. It was UNBELIEVABLE! The girl at the register was really nice and tried to help us, but the manager was SUPER RUDE and making excuses for the mistake. Feel pity for the staff who has to deal with a person like her everyday.

I went to this store and bought a denim. Went to the cashier and there was no one in the cashier. I have to walk around the store and find an employee and bring it to the cashier. While am preparing to pay employee asked my phone number, which I refused to provide. Employee was insisting for my phone number even after I refused to provide my personal phone number. She said I can not do any returns without providing the phone number. Than I asked to page a manager as I want to clarify this. She did but Manager never showed up. Instead I had to walk to the Manager. Manager was even more rude and no intention to care about customers. I told the Manager that return policy in the receipt does not ask for a phone number and why her staff insisting to provide my phone number? She double down on it and said instead phone Drivers license to return they ask phone number. I have requested my assistant file a consumer complain to the store as this store do not respect the privacy of the consumers. Very unprofessional and rude. I did not expect this from Guess.

The indian staff - fair, keeps the half open hair, short height. She was really rude. She did not wanted to get me different sizes of the shoes I required. Also I wanted to try few jeans, it didn’t fit me well so I was not gonna buy it, so she said after trying this now you don’t want to buy it wow! She was really rude every time I went at the Guess Cross Iron Mills Outlet. Just because of her I will never shop from this Guess outlet anymore. Its utter discomfort with this staff.

My friend and I had bought the bracelets that were $12.99 with the Heart and clasp to put through and it holds, well those did not last long at all. My clasp fell off within 2hrs, and my friends heart fell off cause the clasp didn't stay. I recommend to not buy them, and id like a refund.

Indian Girl Cashier was unprofessional and should not work in customer service. There's a sign 30% off and didn't give any discount upon check out and didn't give discount for first sign up. I'm very disappointed! There's a lot of bad reviews with her attitude.

I don’t know why their fitting rooms are locked, but I had to wait for 10 minutes till someone opened it. After approaching them a few times, since everyone was busy in the cashier, a staff came to me with the words “What do you want?”.After getting in the fitting room I was shocked to see how dirty it was.

Today I was disappointed for both Guess shop , they refused the price indicated 40% off extra .The first shop I was looking for correct size for the shoes is not available, she told to go other shop but the sales representative said it was regular price , the manager on the first shop agreed it was 40% off extra . Back and forth for both shop , they’re not helpful the first shop the manager she was very arrogant.
