I don’t know why their fitting rooms are locked, but I had to wait for 10 minutes till someone opened it. After approaching them a few times, since everyone was busy in the cashier, a staff came to me with the words “What do you want?”.After getting in the fitting room I was shocked to see how dirty it was.

Today I was disappointed for both Guess shop , they refused the price indicated 40% off extra .The first shop I was looking for correct size for the shoes is not available, she told to go other shop but the sales representative said it was regular price , the manager on the first shop agreed it was 40% off extra . Back and forth for both shop , they’re not helpful the first shop the manager she was very arrogant.

This GUESS store in Calgary, Cross Iron Mills Mall (Balzac, AB.) is the epitome of terrible customer service. The cashier/store manager delivered the worst, dictator-style customer service! Wonder if it was just the store or Guess Canada!In any case, something for everyone to consider - this is the level of service they delivered when a new product was bought, imagine how terrible would be the experience when you seek their services six months after or a year after you made a purchase!I went over some of the other reviews on Google and people had similar things to say about this store’s services/experience. Shame on Guess Canada for allowing this to happen

It was great to shop at Guess on boxing day. Janille is an amazing sales person, she was very courteous and helping. There was so much crowd but she remained calm and guided us. We hope to see her being a manager one day. Guess is the best !

Went here yesterday, all the staff were nice, but they all seemed incredibly stressed. It wasn't very busy, but the woman, I assume was the supervisor was yelling at everyone. I left the fitting room door open so I could ask the employee a question and she got yelled at for not closing the door. So I felt guilty. Then the "supervisor" forced another employee to interact with her because she hit herself in the face with an item. She continued to repeat herself until he acknowledged her. I had 3 interactions with various staff and they all seemed stressed.

Today, I went to the small GUESS store at Cross Irons mills to exchange a bracelet that was way too big for my arm. But regrettably both the sales associate and the manager were unprofessional and apathetic. When the sales associate was summoning the manager she was giggling and carrying on a different conversation with other associates which seemed very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.They would neither exchange nor offer a store credit. That bracelet was a gift and unfortunately is too big, and now I can’t use it! I wish they had offered me a solution. This incident will make me think twice before going there again. I hope this will serve as a warning to others who might end up shopping at GUESS CrossIron Mills.

Managers are everywhere and just chit chatting, leaving there staffs doing all the jobs for them. Not even helped us once when we were shopping and we were literally beside them

Really disappointed with service first when I was trying to find the jeans they came and told us that they have 20% off on entire store and it is last day for that so I took 2 jeans and I try them on and after that I asked price tithe lady who helped me for the trial room so she checked and told me that it’s gone cost me around 35$ so decided to bought it and when I went to the counter the guy who working at the counter cost me 123$ for 2 jeans. I couldn’t expect this kind of wrong marketing and from this store I shop from guess from past 7 years and never have this kind of wrong advertising and misleading experience very disappointed with this location and never gone shop again.

Girl was rude and unprofessional.Didn’t tell me about the 15% off offer on sign up.When I asked her if I can sign up. She rolled her eyes and said ok fine.Need to work on customer service.

Today went to the Guess outlet(smaller one) inside the Crossiron to return some stuff. Two lady were there on the desk and both were very unprofessional and they clearly have no sense of customer service. They made me uncomfortable with their unpleasant behaviour. I don’t want to be in that shop again.

The east Indian Supervisor Girl who helped me on the 2nd May at store in evening was very unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to do her job correctly and when i asked if I could get her name she said she is not allowed to provide the name as per company’s rules. She doesn’t even know how a refund when paid with apple pay works and how not. The most unprofessional person i have ever met in life. Had spent around $150 in the store and came back for buying something else as well when all this happened, Moreover when the product was scanned it came up as $10 less than the price on tag and they had the guts to change the price to $10 more and charge that when there product being scanned wasn’t ringing in right. Overall bad experience and I ended up returning every single item i bought, since the Associate was the rudest.
