Was there for a sale that was sent to me via email. When I got there the staff wasn't helpful and really had no idea what was going on. Told me shorts were all $4.97 then told me rectangle tags were not part of the deal. I was holding a pair of shorts with a rectangle tag. When I showed them the shorts, they told me that it wasn't part of the deal. I had to tell them that it came off a rack at the front of the store, with a sign for $4.97. Another employee jumped in and said it was on sale. The two employees then proceeded to discuss what was on sale.... At this point, I was done. They should have this figured out and on their own time. Lazy employees who put little effort into helping their customers or pride in their work.

Typically really good service whenever I go to this location, but today I had extremely terrible service. Tried asking an employee if they carried any belts and she answered very rudely that she was busy. How hard is it answer a yes or no question or to simply say "I'll be with you in a second"? Needs to work on her customer service skills. No need to take out your anger or frustration on your customers.
