Went to buy a shirt that showed in stock online . Manager would not sell to me because she’s “going to use it in a display”. A display for shirts out of stock? Wow. You have lost a regular customer H&M.

Very rude lady at the cash this evening (Dec 14). Not helpful at all and impatient. I was checking if there was a mistake on my receipt during a return process because she wasn't able to check it herself and she literally told me if "I'm done checking or not". There was absolutely no one behind me so rushing me for nothing. You can do better H&M.

Very rude staff
I put hanger on the something like table there was one girl working she said seriously she was rude you guys should fire her if she don’t know she is getting paid there for working and provide good chstomer service. Please take action 🙏🏻
Time is 25 September arround 11:52 AM she was working on men’s department. I hope i know her name but no disrespect it was dark skin lady with wearing black mask.

I have never ever seen a more disorganized and filthy store. Not only were there clothes on the floor and piled up but the dust bunnies cover anything on lower shelves with sellable products! There was not a single person to be found in the store, it was wild. It definitely was a shame because I’ve been to other store where they definitely do much much better. Not sure who’s in charge here but they’re either way understaffed or no one cares. Gross!

Yesterday I went shopping for my brother and needed some help in the Mens section. The guy was so so rude and had no idea of what the policy was. Such a big brand big store but such poor customer service and quality is a disappointing. Would never want to visit again.

Absolutely ZERO Customer Service . I was recently at this store to return my online purchase - stuff that I bought on regular 10 % off or something so I went to this store to return and the store associate simply refused to take this return back which was so disappointing Moreover their Managers are even worst I also spoke to Manager and he said we cannot take any items back that you bought on sale online . This wasn’t even final sale items and it doesn’t say anywhere that this store cannot take regular discount items back . This is so pathetic that H& M proudly advertises that we can go to any store to return online purchase but their store people have their own different policies . You guys need to align your systems as this is really inconvenient and worst customer service and worst trip to the store for customers. I hope someone pays attention to this review and it reaches someone higher in H&M .

Customer service is horrible, I took my online order to return, the employee only took one item and refused to return the other, saying it's a sale item and she can't return it meanwhile the one item she returned was a sale item aswell... make it make sense! On the hm app it clearly says "members get free store returns"

Wife bought a pair of pants for me, tried it at home, fit great, love it. As I was about to remove it so we can wash it, I felt pain around my thigh area, guess what I found, the other half of the security device. Would’ve given it 1 star but the pants fit great.
