I had a 5 star experience today when I visited to look at converse shoes. I was greeted kindly when I walked in by a staff named Dianna. In addition she was patient and spent so much time letting me try on different shoes, sizes, and colours. Her coworker Kurstyn overhead me asking Dianna if they had a certain shoe in white and took the initiative to call their partner store Little Burgundy to see if they had it in stock. My experience was great and I'd return to buy here again. And would hope that Dianna and Kurstyn were working :) They were both very friendly, attentive and made my shopping experience wonderful. 5 STAR customer service!!!

We were completely ignored by 3 teenage girls gossiping at the front counter. We stood around waiting 10 minutes before having to go up to the counter and ask for a shoe in a size to try on, the one girl came to me and said she didn’t have that size then turned away and walked away AGAIN. I had to approach her asking for another size in another shoe. I ended up taking my business else where. Please have a manager or adult working so things actually get service.

I dont even know where to start with this place...today-Thurday, July 13 around 6:30pm i went inside to buy some shoes for my mother,she found a pair she liked, I paid for them and as I was walking out of the store I realized I didn't get a receipt,went back to ask for it and thats when everything went down the hill, one of the lady (Paige) instead of printing my receipt she wrongly refound me the money automatically, (i dont know how u can get that wrong),then because they couldn't fix that back i had to hand over the shoes and i was told that my money will get back into my credit card between 3-5 business days,so at this point i didn't have the shoes and no money back into my account. They called someone because i told them i need proof of that refound and they spend 20 minutes on the phone talking but nothing happened in my favor. After wasting my time over there for more than 30 minutes and going thru a very unpleasant moment i told them that in order to leave at least i need a receipt of my purchase and a receipt of my refound so in case the money is not deposit back to me I could come back and ask for assistance. Well, the lady (Paige) told me that it wont be possible because there is not history of any of my transactions in the system,that when she refound me everything disappeared, i dont know what kind of system they are using...very SKETCHY and UNPROFESSIONAL. At the end I left with no shoes, now i have to wait to see if the refound goes thru otherwise i will have to come back. Very BAD experience with this place,for sure wont get anything else in this place,highly NOT RECOMMENDEDthey really need to fix this because at this point i dont think their bussiness is trustworthy....and that new system they got is not customers friendly at all. Only positive thing is a big shout out to Jimmy,one of the employees, he tried to make everything better,he even offered to repay for the shoes,(which I would not allowed) but it was very kind from him to offered,but Paige that apparently was in charge didn't let him. Awful service provided by the 2 girls working there!! -0 star to this place!!!

Just walked out of this store, a fat sales unknown wouldnt even move , yelling to asked for the shoe size . Not even knowing what style it is. Lazy!

don’t bother with the two brunette young ladies. my sister asked for help very politely and when she walked away i caught them making a snarky comment about how she said thank you to them. completely uncalled for. awful awful attitude and service. would not come back again because of this. this was Sunday March 26 2023 at around 2:45pm so the boss can know who these employees are. nice store tho.

Went to Journeys today and stayed about 30 min or more getting shoes for my husband. Alegra was helping us and 7 other customers alone. Not one of us looked for someone to get shoe sizes as she was able to assist everyone. I have been to shoe stores when there are 3 employees and yet everyone is looking for someone to assist them. Alegra provided excellent service and she really deserves some appreciation.Thank you!

The manager who did my return was very rude! I was trying to exchange my shoes for a smaller size that i got as a gift. Im very picky with my purchases especially with the money i worked for, so the pair she gave me was dirty so i asked if i could see another one but instead she was like "well you're returning a shoe thats dirty so why should i grab you another" When i never even tried on the shoes because i know my size in the same brand, there was a scuff on the side of the shoe i was returning but you can see the bottom are clean. She's basically like why should i give you a clean one when youre returning a dirty one? When i explained it was a gift and never tried on so it was most likely sold that way. As a manager and working in customer service could she not have done what the customer wanted to make them happy and say have a good day? Instead of giving an attitude and throwing the shoes i didnt want aggressively on the floor.

Jolene was amazing she knew her craft and was very helpful. We had many laughs trying on the shoes. Sadly The Vans classics didn't fit well so I had to return them the next day.So I got a half size bigger on line.4.7 Stars ????.Jolene keep being Awesome5 Stars ???? for you.
