Rude and disrespectful employees; bad service as well. MK’s service is better, they are more accomodating and helpful. You should have a training session for your employees to improve your customer service.

I was discriminated by a Female Indian employee. I was just taking a photo of a bag for my mom as they have amazing deals for Black Friday and she accused me of live selling when I even closed my phone after taking a photo of the bag. I told her I wasn’t live selling and she kept on repeating that live selling is not allowed. She discriminated me just because I’m a Filipina. I told her fellow co-worker about what happened and asked her to report it to the manager but I’m not sure if they did. This happened last November 9 around 5:30 to 7pm. I ended up buying from Michael Kors instead which btw had the best customer service. Will never buy from this store again. Aside from them discriminating, I did not receive any assistance from them.

I called the store and Dianna was able to track down the very last of my dream bag that's sold out everywhere to a store in Vancouver and had it shipped to me in Calgary within hours. Amazing customer service!

This store never disappoints. Lots of great deals and trending fashion products from shoes to dresses to hand bags and wallets. Hafsa was very helpful with our purchases today. Highly recommend this store on your next visit to this mall CrossIron Mills just a short drive North of Calgary.

I had great experience with priya and Melissa both went extra mile to help me out to adjust my purchase which I bought from another store in vagas and I was told by I can return in Canada if I want to but tht las vagas outlet store of Kate spade passing wrong information. Here in Calgary cross iron mills Kate spade store is best with excellent customer service. Thankyou to store manger priya for your help

Two times I went here with my mother, and the people at the cash register are rude. Both times, we have been disrespected, doesn’t matter which person rings you up they all have bad attitude.

We had the worst experience here! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and Unprofessional and has absolutely NO sense of customer service.We chose one bag for my wife and we asked for fresh piece of bag and Floor manager asked us to stay in queue. After waiting for 5 minutes in queue cashier said we don’t have another fresh piece and she gave it to another person in front of us.Later on we spoke to that same lady(African) who asked us to stay in queue she was so rude and we asked her for name she refused to answer. She even claimed that in future there will be no any bags available in the fresh piece packaging which I felt very unprofessionalism.However if she is the manager for store then it’s a shame on Kate spades to keep her as a manager. We had a Very bad experience and will never come back to Kate spade and will inform the same to our friends and family not to buy anything from this store.??????????????

The store is fine but whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. The employee asked for my email because it was needed for my warranty for some reason so I gave it to her. That was 8 days ago and I'm not kidding, since then I have received 18 emails from "kate spade Outlet" (notice the unprofessional lower case K and S). I don't know how a business can convince themselves it's acceptable to send a customer 18 emails in 8 days, they can actually get sued for that. I will not shop there again unless they reach out and work with me to correct their mistake.

We had the worst experience here! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and JUDGMENTAL and has absolutely NO sense of customer service. We had a little confusion about the price of one the bags because of 70% and 20% discount banner hence we were talking to the cashier and the cashier was responding nicely but out of nowhere the manager just swooped in and started talking rudely with us. Her facial expressions and eyerolls were so humiliating as if she's trying to judge or belittle us .. We just left the store immediately and ended up buying a beautiful bag from MK as a gift for my sister.A person like her shouldn't be working in the customer service industry as she has absolutely no knowledge of manners or how to talk to another human being!

Went to the store to buy a bag. Looked for help.. but all 4 ladies working there, were busy talking to each other. Stood there for 10 seconds so that they could shut up and pay attention to the customer standing right next to them looking for assistance. But that never happened. They completely ignored me.So , I ended up going to michael kors’ and bought a gorgeous bag.
