This is amazing place for all my dresses and other outfit too.There is lot of people I have experience in here and they were okay. One lady was so rude to my mom about figure and I think she is Margaret. Please watch your words when you talk to old age customers.But I would like to share my greatest experience from last 2 visit, Reema was helping me out for my mom and my mother in law’s outfit collection for our Son’s first birthday party. She is such a prodigious lady, great hard working emplyoee and very great person too. I would like to go this place again and again.Reema keep up doing great work the way you are doing. You are phenomenal.

This store is the worst!!! All they do is give you the run around! We had price tags coming up incorrectly and they wouldn’t give us the price that was marked on the tag! They had us wait till next day to talk with store manager Corine who told us she could do nothing and to call customer service. So I call them they tell me it’s a store issue talk to the regional manager Jamie. I explained everything and Jamie said will investigate and call me back and doesn’t. So I called customer service again spoke with Sina who starts accusing me and asking if I took pictures or have proof! Are you kidding me. What kind of store is this! Absolutely insane! Run from this store!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. It was my worst experience. I visited the store with my husband today. I was searching for the size. There was one staff working beside us. She was super busy in folding clothes. Did not even ask what we are looking for. I searched and after 1-2 minutes, I asked the lady that can you help me in searching the size. And she said my other colleague can help you. I mean why you are there if you can not assist customer. I understand you might be busy but at least ask customer. Because I asked for help - She started looking for other staff to help.Second lady showed me different options. I was happy at the first. I was looking for more options, she put some of my stuff in trial room. But while I was searching more she was frequently looking at me that why I am not coming to try. I felt weird but ignored. ??♀️Finally I went to trial room. I genuinely asked that can you please provide me different size both in blazer and pants. She took 10 mins but no response. In fact she started helping someone else. If you can not help at least inform customer. I went outside the trial room and found the pant somewhere outside the trail room. I picked that for trying and after 1 min she noticed that I picked the pant by myself. Oh my God, one thing she only grabbed the pants, did not gave me the blazer. Second when I checked it was not the same pant. I asked for complete formal suit. I went myself, I was grabbing the right one navy blue color but she said oh no that black, not blue. Really!! I was disappointed. I gave her back all the stuff from trail room saying that the color is not same, I don’t want these. And she responded “ohh laa laa”. First of all you did not gave the complete suit, and provided worst customer service and then such comments.Be careful before you visit there. I guess manager should do something.

Laura at Crossiron Mills is always my go to place for clothing shopping. The variety is a lot more there, additionally, it feels like home to be shopping at this location as I’ve been a long time customer and the customer service is always consistent. Everyone is very supportive, provides great guidance and alternatives to make great outfits. Highly recommended for good quality and trending styles, plus amazing experience!

They are so unprofessional. A lady at store Margareta she was so rude to me. My husband bought dress for me but i didn't like that dress.so I went to store to return she speaks with me so rudely and was yelling on me. she didn't returned the dress said the dress is stinking. Very unprofessional , I'll suggest you never buy anything from this store. I think management should take action against this lady. one more thing, when you sell the cloth do you tell to your customers that we not gonna return if it will stinks so that customers 'll never buy from this store. never ever trust their return policy. DISAPPOINTED

Today, I'm feeling really upset. My wife purchased a dress from LAURA for $209, but it was in a purple color which I don't like. I requested a return for a different color. Since the purchase on December 6, 2023. When my wife went to return the dress today (Dec 12), they claimed there was a smell in the dress, even though we hadn't worn it. The manager behaved rudely. When I returned from work and heard about it, I decided to try returning it at South Mall to avoid creating any issues. When I went the store there, the CrossIron staff informed them about the alleged smell and advised against accepting the return.I again went to CrossIron to try, and the manager there treated me in a similar disrespectful manner. I urge everyone to be aware that there might be hidden aspects in LAURA's return policy, as they cite a smell issue when refusing returns. I won't have expectations of returning items to LAURA in the future because they might claim a smell during the return process. Kudos to the excellent staff at CrossIron LAURA who treat customers as if they are nothing.

First of all, Margareta forces you to buy stuff you don't want to... almost everyone in the review section is talking bad about her (just fire her at this point) and then the other employees (including Margareta) are so racist cuz they were really rude to my mom for being asian... My mom had to return a dress that she bought for me cuz it was so big on me, when we explained all this they accused us of wearing it and said that the dress stinks and argued with us in a really unprofessional way... Now we are stuck with a dress which doesn't fit anyone I know... So basically never buy dress from this store as it doesn't even deserve one star rating... CAUTIOUS!!!

I ordered a dress on line, but it was too large. I then went into Laura located at Cross Iron Mills mall. I chose this particular Laura because the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and from my frequent shops there, they have come to recognize me, and know me. On this visit Shista was able to exchange the dress from the on line order with the correct size. The whole exchange went smoothly. Thank You Girls!!

Margareta was the representative who was supposedly “helping me”. She dint give me any options to try on and just sent me to the sale section even though I was very specific of what I wanted. She also asked me to put the clothes I tried on back on the hangers when I was done trying. And since when is it okay to give your opinion to a client when no one asked for it! If it’s a compliment, sure go ahead and make someone happy but otherwise shut up and do your job. Never felt this horrible while shopping ever in life. Just greeting your customers in a fancy way doesn’t mean anything.That being said I love your collection but I’m never visiting your store ever again.

Went in to look for dresses and not once did an employee come to greet us, or ask if we needed help finding anything. For a retail store that is essential in making your customers feel welcome. The customer service is terrible and I will never return to such an abomination of a store. Thanks for nothing.
