Immediately upon entering Little Burgandy at CrossIron Mills, we were met with a very cheery and sincere welcome. Your store associate, Astrid, was able to help us find the exact shoe I was looking for, in my size! She was so patient with me (even though I tried on a few pairs to make sure I got the perfect fit!), providing a high degree of customer service.
Thank you for providing your customers with such a welcoming environment to shop in, with staff who are pleasant to deal with!

I actually had a really awesome experience getting set up with new winter boots at this location. Darla was an actual gem to deal with, helped me go through many style options and colours. Definitely sold me on the new North Face booties, the recommendations for sizing and my lifestyle were super helpful, and I never once felt like I was annoying to deal with lol. So happy with my purchase, these booties are dynamite, thanks again Darla, by the way I loved your heart glasses!!

NO RETURN POLICY, BRTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.I bought a pair of sneakers from one of their stores. I brought them home and wore them once. I felt a defect in the sole of the shoe during the 5 hours of wear and it felt like I was wearing 2 right feet. I immediately called the online customer service and they informed me I could take it back to the store within the year as long as I had the receipt or I can mail them back. I had proof of purchase and I live in a rural area far away so I decided to mail them. They never sent me a postage email so I called back again. They informed me I needed to send them pictures of the damage (which I found silly because you cant see the damage as its on the inside of the shoe).By this time I was planning a trip into Calgary so I decided to go into Balzac Mall. The store associate refused to return them, stating they were worn. I tried to tell him they were damaged, but he wasn't budging and said he wouldn't return them due to wear. It was as if he, himself made these shoes, and returning them back would be a insult to not only him, but his children and children's children. Keep in mind I didn't even wear them for more than a few hours. I called the online support and they informed me they "couldn't force a store to take them back."They then attempted to rescind the fact that they said I could return the shoes in the first place. The supervisor who I got transferred to (after they disconnected me and I had to call back after being on hold for several minutes) was rude, condescending and snarky. So I am now left with these defective shoes. I am attempting to return them through mail, but am still not sure if they are going to refund them or not. Purchase at your own risk as they do not stand behind their products and their customer services is abysmal.Super disheartening because I know this is a Canadian chain. But if this is how they treat those supporting them, I no longer want to be a part of it.

Store didn’t have my size and ordered it online saying they’d refund it if it didn’t fit. Boots didn’t fit and they refused my refund quoting that I didn’t have a cardboard box. Scammed

Just had the most amazing experience at this store! Darla was great! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and solely focused on us the whole time. Very professional and personable. We'll be back because of her for sure!
