Had a very bad experience today at the Puma store with Ms. Omaan (not sure about the spelling). Her behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. I felt treated differently, and it completely ruined my day. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this store again.

Puma is no longer located btwn the Under Armour' & Vans shops, as still indicated by the CrossIron Mills directory !
When I requested via their location sys', for the location of the 'Calendar Club' it pointed to next tah H&M ,also Gate 2 ! Which is mis-direction since the 'Calendar Club' is the shop presently occupying the space btwn U'A'&V' !!

I had an amazing experience at the Puma store in CrossIron Mills thanks to Deepika Joshi! Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Deepika went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and her positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable.
Thank you, Deepika, for your excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Such a bad sales person work here... not even a single sales person is helpful... puma really does not know which sales person needs to be hore.. such a bad management who hired these kind of sales people.. atleast you should know whom to hire ..bad sales bad service.. no knowledge how hiring process works

I was shopping with my daughter and a sales associate approached us right right away asking if we needed help finding anything. This was appreciated. When we went to the checkout we learned that Healthcare workers, Teachers & members of the military would receive a discount. This was an unexpected & greatly appreciated gesture. Thank you PUMA for this kindness. It will not be forgotten.

Terrible experience at the Puma Outlet. I went to return some items well within the 30-day period, but they flat-out refused just because the clothes were washed — even though I clearly explained that they shrank and the quality was poor to begin with.
What’s worse, they also refused to take back a cap that wasn’t even washed or used. The so-called store manager was rude, unprofessional, and only interested in quoting rules instead of listening to a genuine customer concern. No empathy, no help, just arrogance.
Honestly, this outlet is a joke. Poor product quality, zero customer service, and a manager who argues instead of assisting. I expected better from a brand like Puma. Avoid this store if you care about your money and time.

The last two times I bought shoes from Puma, but they did not last me more than 4 months and they cracked, so I decided not to buy from you again. They are very simple to use, only have some walking, but the quality is not as good as before.

I just visited in the Puma store in crossiron mills mall. I like the staff. There were 2 persons on floor- one girl and one boy. Both were really good. Provided a great customer service. The girl did my transaction and I like the way she talked to me. She is very kind hearted. Her name is Joshi I think. She is an Indian girl for sure. She makes me feel happy. Keep it up guys.
